This list is for the post of ‘Clerk’ (i.e., for 14 existing vacancies and 31 expected vacancies). 4% of positions (i.e., 02 positions) will be reserved for persons with disabilities in compliance with the directives of writ petition (L) No. 1137/2018. Bombay High Court Clerk Recruitment 2024 Selection Method
- Candidates applying must ensure that they meet the eligibility conditions specified as of the date of publication of this advertisement. Their entry into the examination will be entirely provisional and subject to verification of original certificates/documents at the time of oral examination.
- Candidates will have to appear for the said examination and oral examination at their own expense. They must be present with a printout of the admit card and original proof of identity such as Aadhaar card/PAN/voter ID card/driving license/passport at the time of examination and oral examination.
- Candidates should ensure that the application form is filled in correctly. Applications lacking necessary details will be summarily rejected. If any details provided by a candidate are found to be incorrect or false at any stage, or if a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility conditions at any stage, their candidature will be rejected, and such candidates will be excluded from the recruitment process without any notice. Similar action will be taken for concealing any material facts.
